Canteen Rules

General Guidelines:

At Chetona Public School, we are committed to ensuring a safe and clean environment in our school canteen. To maintain order and ensure the well-being of all students, the following rules must be observed:

Hygiene: Always wash your hands before and after eating.
Queue System: Students must form a line while waiting for their turn to buy food.
No Sharing of Food: For health and safety reasons, sharing food is not allowed in the canteen.
Keep it Clean: Ensure that you dispose of all waste in the designated trash bins after your meal.

Behavior Expectations:

Students are expected to exhibit proper behavior in the canteen to ensure a respectful and enjoyable environment for everyone.

No Pushing or Shoving: Always be respectful and courteous when in line.
Respect the Staff: Be polite to the canteen staff and follow their instructions.
Eating Area: Food should only be consumed in the designated areas. Eating in classrooms or corridors is not permitted.
Moderate Noise Levels: Keep conversations at a reasonable volume to avoid disturbing others.

Payment and Purchases:

To ensure smooth and organized purchasing in the canteen, students must adhere to the following payment rules:

Prepaid Cards: Students are encouraged to use prepaid canteen cards to make transactions faster and easier.
Cash Payments: Cash is accepted, but students should bring exact change whenever possible to avoid delays.
Receipts: Always collect and keep your receipts after purchasing food or drinks.
